This is an unofficial website of Aric Almirola and his racing career. Aric Almirola is is currently a part time driver of the #8 DEI car in NASCAR Sprint Cup. Next year he is going to be taking over the ride full time. While Aric is young and has a limited number of NASCAR starts his credentials are quite impressive. He has been successful in NASCAR Craftsmen Truck series and the NASCAR Nationwise (formerly Busch) series. His success in the Sprint Cup series is inevitable.
Aric Almirola is slated to drive the #8 Sprint Cup car this week at Talladega. It will be flying the U.S. Army colors. I have a feeling that he will have his best finish ever.
Here is a video of Aric Almirola crashing in a NASCAR Busch series car in practice at Daytona. While the wreck looks scary, the good news is that Aric was ok.
Aric Almirola (born March 14, 1984 in Tampa, Florida) is a part-time driver in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series for Dale Earnhardt, Inc. Almirola attended the University of Central Florida working on a degree in mechanical engineering before leaving to pursue a career in racing.
